Create a free artist account, sign in to your dashboard, and use 'New Submission' to upload your track. Our A&R team reviews every submission. Send finished, original masters — no cover songs and no uncleared vocal samples.

You keep 50% of net revenue and The Lost Label keeps 50%. Net revenue means the money actually received from streaming platforms and partners, after platform, distributor, and payment-processing deductions.

Royalties are calculated on a 'money received' basis — you are paid from revenue once it has actually been collected from the platforms. Streaming services report on their own cycles, so the first report can take up to 90 days. You can request a withdrawal from your dashboard once your balance meets the minimum threshold.

Yes. While signed, your released works are distributed and managed exclusively by The Lost Label. You do not upload or distribute the same recordings through another distributor or account at the same time.

You keep ownership of your recordings. You grant The Lost Label the exclusive right to distribute and monetize them for the term of your agreement — it is a license, not a permanent transfer of copyright.

The initial term is 7 years from commencement, then it renews automatically in 3-year periods unless either side gives written notice before the end of the current term.

You are responsible for your own taxes and for any bank, currency-conversion, or payment-processing fees applied to your payouts.

All contracts are digital. You can view, download, and track the status of each contract in the 'Contracts' section of your dashboard.
