TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ARTIST ELIGIBILITY By registering with THE LOST. COMPANY, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have legal guardian consent) and have the authority to enter into a distribution agreement for the musical works you submit. 2. DEMO SUBMISSIONS AND CONTENT STANDARDS A demo submission does not guarantee a release. You confirm that all submissions are original works. Uncleared samples, unauthorized tracks, or fraudulent content will result in account termination and, where applicable, legal action. 3. GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION RIGHTS Upon acceptance and contract execution, you grant THE LOST. COMPANY the exclusive, sub-licensable right to distribute, promote, and monetize your content through digital service providers, including Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon Music. 4. ROYALTIES AND PAYMENTS Royalties are calculated based on net revenue received from digital service providers. Payouts are processed in line with your active payout policy and minimum threshold. 5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The "LOST." trademark, logos, and platform infrastructure remain the property of THE LOST. COMPANY. Artists retain ownership of their compositions unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
