Terms of Service

1. WHO WE ARE THE LOST. COMPANY ("The Lost Label", "we", "us") provides music distribution, label services, catalog management, and rights administration. ELIGIBILITY By registering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have legal guardian consent) and that you have the authority to enter into a distribution agreement for the works you submit. 3. SUBMISSIONS AND CONTENT STANDARDS Submitting a demo does not guarantee a release. You confirm that every submission is your original work. Cover songs, uncleared samples, uncleared vocals, AI-cloned, stolen, or infringing content are not accepted and may result in removal and account termination. 4. EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTION RIGHTS When a release is accepted and a contract is signed, you grant The Lost Label the exclusive, worldwide right to distribute, deliver, monetize, and administer those recordings across digital platforms during the term. You keep ownership of your recordings — the rights granted are a license for the term, not a permanent transfer of copyright. While signed, you will not distribute the same recordings through any other distributor, label, or account. 5. REVENUE AND PAYMENTS Revenue is shared 50% to the artist and 50% to The Lost Label, calculated on net revenue actually received from platforms and partners (a "money received" basis), after platform, distributor, and payment-processing deductions. Payouts follow each platform's reporting cycle, and first reports can take up to 90 days. Withdrawals can be requested from your dashboard once your balance meets the minimum threshold. 6. TAXES AND FEES You are solely responsible for your own taxes, and for any bank, currency-conversion, or payment fees applied to your payouts. 7. TERM Artist agreements begin on the effective date and run for an initial period of 7 years, then renew automatically for successive 3-year periods unless either party gives written non-renewal notice before the end of the current term. 8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The "LOST." name, logos, and platform remain the property of THE LOST. COMPANY. You retain ownership of your compositions and recordings, except for the rights licensed under your signed agreement. 9. GOVERNING LAW These terms and any artist agreement are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Kocaeli, Türkiye have jurisdiction. 10.
